What counts as an MTU (Monthly Tracked User)?
Any user who opens your app or visits your website in the last 30 days. We only count unique users – so if one user visits your website and uses your apps for many sessions in that month, that user's activity still only counts as 1 MTU. This is equivalent to Monthly Active Users your team may already be tracking.
How many surveys can I launch with 1Flow?
Unlimited! You can have as many ongoing surveys as you’d like, and easily control the user experience with our Global Survey Throttling feature, which ensures a cooldown period before the same user can be recontacted.
How many responses can I collect with 1Flow?
Unlimited! From NPS, CSAT to customer preferences and product feedback, you can collect just about anything and utilize your data to improve your business.
How many team members can I invite to 1Flow?
Unlimited! We want you to invite your whole team, so everyone can stay in the loops of customer feedback. The world needs more customer-centric companies.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s limits?
If you want access to features that are not included in your current plan, you’ll be prompted to upgrade to the next plan. If you exceed the number of MRUs that’s included in your plan, you’ll be charged a nominal rate per additional MRU over the plan amount. Volume discount is baked in.
Can I use the same plan for multiple sites or apps?
Yes, you can add unlimited sites and apps, and they will share the MRU quota included in your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, as long as you don’t exceed the new plan’s limits.
What if I want to cancel?
If you decide that 1Flow is not for you, you can cancel at anytime by contacting our team.
Is 1Flow GDPR compliant?
Yes, we’re fully GDPR compliant since day 1. All of our servers and databases are hosted in the EU, powered by AWS.
How long do you store my analytics data?
Forever. As long as you stay a customer, you can access data all the way back to when you signed up for an account. If you decide to close your account and leave, we can help you export all your data.
Will my data be private and safe?
Yes, you and your users’ data are yours and yours alone. We adopt the most secure data security standards and go through annual penetration testing to ensure data security. We do not sell or share your data with any 3rd party.

Yes, we offer a 14-day unlimited use free trial - no credit card required. All you need to do is sign up for a new company account and then invite your teammates to join your account. The free trial will start automatically and give you access to all features without any limits.
